1. How do I find out what job openings there are at the City?

Job openings are posted on the Employment page of web site as well as on our Job Hotline at (510) 215-3085.

2. Where can I pick up the employment application and any other application materials I would need to apply for an open position?

Job applications can be obtained online, in person at the City Managers Office, Building #1 at City Hall, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope with a written request to:

Human Resources
One Alvarado Square
San Pablo, CA 94806

If you choose to send a written request to Human Resources in the mail, be sure to specify which position you're interested in.
