Several new restaurants and retail stores have found a home in San Pablo and new projects are in the works.  The Abella residential development offers a beautiful and diverse selection of quality living options.  Retail development is in progress and will match the residential area in quality and design.

Phase II of the 23rd Street Revitalization Project is in progress. The City of San Pablo is working hard to enhance it's existing retail trade and creatively make use of in-fill opportunities as they present themselves. 

Local merchants have recently banded together in an effort to create a Merchants Assocation.  Aside from the Chamber of Commerce, the merchants group will provide business owners the opportunity to join, share, create and expand ideas in business.
