As your councilman and lifelong resident of West County, I am much honored to represent our multi-cultured community that is rich in history. It is my responsibility, with the assistance of my fellow council members, to make sure our city is safe, operating efficiently and professionally. We must all work together, both city officials and residents, to ensure San Pablo is competitive in the current market and benefits from today’s technology while being environmentally conscience.

As an advocate for social and environmental justice, as well as human rights, I support all that is fair and just to promote the health and well-being of all San Pablo residents, businesses and wild life, by supporting policies and programs that are productive and profitable. My door is open to you with any questions and/or concerns that you may have. I will continue working for the best interest of all our residents and businesses.
