ELECTRONIC AGENDA PACKETS ADVISORY

Effective July 1, 2011, due to the City’s budget constraints, the City of San Pablo will be replacing printed City Council Agenda packets with electronic Agenda packets for all future scheduled City Council meetings. This effort will help curtail the annual expense of printing, reproduction, staff support costs, and is environmentally responsible. Therefore, paper copies of the City Council Agendas will no longer be available, produced and mailed through the U.S. Postal Service as of June 30, 2011.

Electronic Agendas – Free Transmittal
Any member of the public can request copies of the City Council Agenda packet in an electronic format (i.e. pdf) by providing the City with an email address. To sign-up to receive electronic Agendas, please email the City’s Deputy City Clerk Lehny Corbin at: , with “Council Agendas” being the subject matter. Each Agenda produced will then be sent electronically by City staff once officially posted.

City Website – Free Download Available
Each City Council Agenda, with all back-up materials, are available and posted on the City’s website no later than the Thursday before each regularly scheduled meeting, and can be found at www.SanPabloCA.gov on the home page in the left tab “Agendas and Minutes.” Access to the City Council Agenda packets once posted is free, and can be downloaded directly by the general public who has internet access.

Public Viewing Agendas – City Locations
The City of San Pablo will continue to produce limited hard copies of the City Council Agenda for free, public review at the following locations throughout the City, as follows: 

• City Manager/City Clerk Office, Building 1, San Pablo Civic Center 
• San Pablo Library, 2300 El Portal Drive Suite D, San Pablo 
• San Pablo Senior Center, 1943 Church Lane, San Pablo 
• Council Chambers Lobby (on entrance table when you come into the Council Chambers at each City Council meeting)

Additionally, any member of the public can always request and pay for a full complete reproduction of any City Council Agenda packet from the City Clerk’s Office after making a request under the Public Records Act.
