The Records Unit includes four Administrative Clerks, one lead Administrative Clerk and two Police Services Assistants. They are supervised by a Police Sergeant and are available to
assist you with:
- Towed Vehicles
- Traffic Accident Reports
- Crime Reports
- Clearance Letters
- Verification Letters
- Permits
- Master Fee Schedule
- Citizen Relationship Management
Records personnel may also assist the public with any inquiries relating to police services, resources or assistance. Monday through Thursday from 7:30AM–6:00PM excluding holidays and weekends. Records can be reached at (510) 215-3130.
To make a police report or request immediate police assistance calls should be made to (510) 233-1214 To report a life threatening emergency, please call 911.
