The City of San Pablo (“City”) invites proposals from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons or professional organizations to respond to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for the RRFB Crosswalks Project. Interested firms or persons are invited to submit their proposals in response to this RFP as described below, with three (3) hard copies of requested materials addressed to the following address:

Questions can only be submitted in writing only and directed to John Bothwell via email at
NOTE: The bidder must be on the plan holder’s list to submit a bid. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to confirm their firm is on the plan holder’s list held at BPXpress to ensure receipt of any subsequent communications, such as addenda. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the bid document has been downloaded or otherwise obtained, including any addenda. Amended bids received without the applicable addenda will be rejected as incomplete. The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses. The City also reserves the right to amend this RFP as necessary. All materials submitted to the City in response to this RFP will remain the property of the City. Respondents are solely responsible for all costs incurred in responding to this RFP.
