The City Clerk is elected every fours years and reports directly to the City Council. The legal duties and responsibilities of this office require that the City Clerk attend and record all council meetings. The City Clerk's office is also responsible for:
Maintenance of all city records
City Council agendas
Custody of city seal
Maintaining Board and Committee Appointments
Maintaining the San Pablo Municipal Code
Administer Liability Claims
Public Meeting agendas and minutes archives are available for the City Council, Planning and Safety Commissions and the Beautification Board.
