Rich Kinney, Councilmember

For over 19 years, Rich Kinney has served the San Pablo community in  multiple  capacities including educator in the local school district; assistant basketball coach at Richmond High and Contra Costa College; Chaplain for the San Pablo Police Department, Richmond Police Department and the County Sheriff's Department; inner-city Pastor; volunteer on several local and regional committees; and serving as City Council Member since 2012 and Mayor in 2016.
